You had me at "fresh Salsa" but lost me at "cilantro". Yuk! Cilantro tastes like soap.
How very cool to put a face to Dave. He's a sweety to have agreed to be the star of the show.
We used to have an avocado tree; it grew between mom's and my house. The pits of the avocados were the size of the avocado in this video. No really, we got hugemongous almost football-sized avocados from the tree. Unfortunately, Hurricane Wilma knocked the tree down in '05.

You know to cut avacado up for your salad... if you cut it in the shell before you scoop it out you get nice even peices and no mess!
