I thought it was crude. Generally speaking cats do NOT like water squirting at them like that; let alone being locked in a whatever you call it and have water turned on them like that. I am not a PETA fan but boy howdy let them get a hold of that video.

That's just cruel. If that were not a commercial thing, it would most definitly be considered animal cruelty. Plus, it provides no protection for the animal's eyes and ears, that is an infection waiting to happen. And... would there be soap in said machine? You generally need pet shampoo to give a pet a bath... and that would hurt, because you know that cat has his eyes open.

So I actually went to www.petspausa.com, and they have the audacity to say that their pet spa is totally safe for eyes and ears because there are no nozzles spraying from the front, and pets are to be put in facing the glass, thus, pets will get nothing in eyes or ears. Hah. I'm sure that an animal put into a small enclosed space that starts spraying water at them is totally going to understand the concept and stay facing the front. What utter bs.

That's so sad. I mean there's no way to protect the poor kitty's ears and eyes. And then it was jumping around like that and could harm itself. I hope that cat claws its owner's eyes out. grrr...
