This is a typical workout of mine. I exercise at least five days a week. Two of the five days I lift weights. I do about 10-20 reps and 3-4 sets of everything depending on what it is. I like to go my limits every time. I'm a firm believer of no pain, no gain.
I just got that farmer's tan this Saturday. :(

too cute! how do you manage to bench press while simultaneouisly lifting your butt off the bench?! I bet that is a good exercise for the gluts, too
watch out with arching your back up like that. it's not good for you and is sort of cheating... it's better to have good form and a lil less weight...
