Thanks for the offer on exercise advice, once my tests on Thursday are done I'll know what to attempt re exercising so I'll get back to you. I think I said this before, thing is they keep wanting to do tests and that leaves me in limbo until they get the results each time. Anyway, this is a decider, they'll talk to me immediately after and my way ahead should be clearer then. Thanks for your concern.
